You will meet once a week for 2 hours via Zoom. Commitment and consistency are required to show up to meetings, and confidentiality is paramount to creating strong containers and this is agreed with all the men join a squad.

Each week, you declare what you’ll do. Then you report back: Did you do it? Why or why not? No fluff. No excuses. Just truth, held by brothers who care.

You’ll work on your life vision as well as smaller weekly goals to bring direction to your goals
