About Solis Brotherhood

A modern brotherhood for men stepping into mature masculinity.

“Solis” is Latin for “of the sun.” In ancient tradition, the sun symbolizes sovereignty, truth, and life-giving energy, not through force, but through steady presence. Solis Brotherhood is named for this inner fire within every man: the clarity to act, the warmth to connect, and the constancy to keep his word. We walk this path not alone, but together.

Why We Exist

Men today are caught between silence and performance, told to “man up” or “fix themselves,” but rarely shown how to become.

Solis Brotherhood exists to answer that call.
We’re not here to teach you how to be a man.
We’re here to awaken the mature masculine already within you, through brotherhood, discipline, and daily choice.

This is a space for men who are done pretending and ready to step into their sovereignty.

Our Framework

We walk a clear path built on four foundations:

1. The Four Pillars

A sovereign life requires balance:

  • Finances: Stewardship, not just income

  • Relationships: Presence, not performance

  • Purpose: Calling, not career

  • Health: Embodiment, not aesthetics

Neglect one, and the whole structure leans.

These are not rules, but codes of integrity for the initiated man, including:

3. Embodied Practice

Insight without embodiment is noise.
So we begin with breathwork, move through cold exposure, and return to nature because truth is felt in the body first.

4. Brotherhood as Crucible

You cannot do this alone, and you shouldn’t.
In circle and retreat, your brothers support you without coddling you, and challenge you without crushing you.
That’s how men rise.

How We Gather

  • The Circle: Weekly online men’s groups (6–10 men), focused on truth, accountability, and weekly themes.

  • The Path: A structured journey through the Four Pillars and 11 Codes, supported by our app.

  • The Gathering: Annual in-person retreats featuring archetypal ritual, vision planning, fire circles, and deep immersion in nature.
