Welcome to Solis Brotherhood (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (solisbrotherhood.com ), membership program, online men’s circles, digital content, and in-person retreats (“Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Membership & Program Participation

  • Solis Brotherhood offers paid membership to weekly online men’s circles, access to our digital platform (“Solis Path”), and eligibility for annual retreats.

  • Membership is non-transferable and intended for individual, personal use only.

  • Participation in circles requires adherence to our Code of Conduct (see Section 4). Violations may result in removal without refund.

2. Payments, Fees & Refunds

  • All fees are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), USD ($), or Euros (€), depending on your location and program.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.

  • Online Membership:

    • Billed monthly or annually.

    • No refunds for partial months. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Retreats:

    • A non-refundable deposit (e.g., 30%) secures your spot.

    • Full payment is due 60 days prior to the retreat.

    • Cancellations:

      • 60 days: Deposit forfeited

      • 30–60 days: 50% of total fee

      • <30 days: No refund

    • We reserve the right to cancel a retreat due to low enrollment or force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, travel restrictions). In such cases, you’ll receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

3. Digital Content & App Access

  • Guided breathwork, journal prompts, and tracking tools (“Digital Content”) are for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell any Digital Content.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app or any feature with reasonable notice.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants agree to:

  • Speak with honesty, respect, and confidentiality.

  • Respect boundaries—physical, emotional, and digital.

  • Not record, screenshot, or share circle content without explicit consent.

  • Refrain from hate speech, harassment, or promotional activity.

Violations will result in immediate removal without refund.

5. Retreat Participation & Safety

  • Retreats involve physical activities (e.g., cold exposure, hiking, breathwork).

  • You must disclose relevant medical conditions (e.g., cardiovascular issues, PTSD) before attending.

  • You participate at your own risk. Solis Brotherhood is not liable for injury, illness, or loss during retreats.

  • Travel, visas, insurance, and personal expenses are your responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site—including the name “Solis Brotherhood,” logos, 10 Codes, Four Pillars framework, and original writings is owned by Anthony Ball and protected by copyright.

  • You may not use our brand assets without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solis Brotherhood and its facilitators are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Emotional or psychological distress arising from participation

  • Technical issues with the website or app

Our Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
