You will meet once a week for 2 hours via Zoom. Commitment and consistency are required to show up to meetings, and confidentiality is paramount to creating strong containers and this is agreed with all the men join a squad.

Accountability it’s about keeping your word.
Each week, you declare what you’ll do. Then you report back: Did you do it? Why or why not? No fluff. No excuses. Just truth, held by brothers who care.

Don’t dampen your flame to soothe the room.
3. Lead Where You Are

Train your mind, regulate your nervous system, and speak only after breath.
